Who I coach
Coaching Clever People with Busy Brains
The people I coach tend to think deeply, feel a lot, and are often juggling too much. You might work in a fast-moving, values-led company where the stakes (and Slack notifications) never stop.
You might be the one others rely on, the steady one, the strong one, even as things quietly start to fray.
My clients are often brilliant, burning out, and looking for clarity. They’re Heads of People, filmmakers, UX leads, product designers, talent partners, founders, and more: more often than not, they are the people who hold everything together.
I’m not a cheerleader. I’m not a mentor and I’m not a therapist. I won’t tell you what to do. Instead I offer is space to think, to feel, to untangle your mind: someone who listens deeply, thinks clearly, and asks challenging questions to help you click your brain into gear again.
Someone who understands the emotional weight of leadership – and the beautiful, sometimes chaotic mess of creative thinking, complex minds, and being a human in the 21st century – whether your mind works differently, or you’re simply carrying more than most or you just need a thinking partner.
“A true thinking partner and a deep listener, Holly will help you cut through to what matters. She enabled my thinking to stretch beyond what I could have done myself.”
Ash Rama, VP People, hyperexponential
“Working with Holly has been amazing. She provided the environment to explore challenges and develop strategies that make my life easier and improve my mental health.”
Dave, Senior Product Designer
“The positivity I've gained has helped me get recognised as a top performer – and invited onto an accelerator programme to push my skills further.”
Senior Talent Partner
Getting clear on what actually matters, and ditching the rest without guilt or apology.
Setting boundaries that feel human, not harsh, so that you can protect your time and energy.
Navigating big shifts, blurred roles and wobbly confidence, with grounded support, sharp thinking and someone in your corner.
Untangling your mind, so that you can stop looping and start making sense (and progress).
Feeling more like yourself again, not a diluted, hyper-functioning, people pleasing version of what you think others need you to be.
Reclaiming your creativity, confidence and calm without becoming different person.
